About The Group

Rise Runner Youth Program will cover running mechanics, endurance and speed workouts, core and strength, spiritual reflections, occasional guest speakers, injury prevention, goal-setting, and more! Prep for Track, Cross Country and all sports, build your speed, endurance, and overall strength with Rise Youth Training.

Rise Summer Running at Zilker Park

Rise to your Best!  Learn new techniques, form & strength drills, and prepare for Fall sports. 

What to Wear/Bring:  
Comfortable running clothes, running shoes, bring your own water bottle, exercise mat, and hat/sunscreen.

Rain Plan: We will still run in the rain; if storming, lightning or thunder, will likely cancel.

Pricing: 1 Athlete – Regular Monthly Signup: $115/youth
Single Class Drop-in: $40 per athlete
