Rise Runner Youth Program will cover running mechanics, endurance and speed workouts, core and strength, spiritual reflections, occasional guest speakers, injury prevention, goal-setting, and more!

Tuesday and Thursday Group
Start Date: First Week of Each Month

Pricing:
1 Athlete:
$175/month – OR – Pay by 1st of the month: $165/month.

Single Class Drop-in: $40 per athlete
*Multiple siblings receive discount

Class Includes:  instruction on running form/mechanics, endurance and speed training, fun team workouts, strength & conditioning, reflections on life & faith, in a positive, encouraging environment!  

What to Wear/Bring:  
Comfortable running clothes, running shoes, bring your own water bottle, exercise mat, and hat/sunscreen.

Rain Plan: We will still run in the rain; if storming, lightning or thunder, will likely cancel.
