Rise Runner Youth Program will cover running mechanics, endurance and speed workouts, core and strength, spiritual reflections, occasional guest speakers, injury prevention, goal-setting, and more! Prep for Cross Country and fall sports, Build your Speed, Endurance, and overall Strength with Rise Youth Training.

Rise Youth Summer Running – Tues & Thurs AM
For: Ages 10 and up, all levels
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:30-10:00 AM
Location: Zilker Park – By Volleyball Courts
Pricing: 1 Athlete – $250 for the month
Details: Enjoy running and learning this summer with Coach Amber – former UT cross country & track athlete, competitive distance runner, and coach for over 10 years. Have fun in this positive encouraging setting; distance, speed & strength workouts; sports games and more.
What to Wear/Bring:
Comfortable running clothes, running shoes, bring your own water bottle, exercise mat, and hat/sunscreen.
Rain Plan: We will still run in the rain; if storming, lightning or thunder, will likely cancel.
