Rise Runner Youth Program will cover running mechanics, endurance and speed workouts, core and strength, spiritual reflections, occasional guest speakers, injury prevention, goal-setting, and more! Prep for Track and Spring Sports, Build your Speed, Endurance, and overall Strength with Rise Youth Training.

Thursday Youth Class
Dates: Begins Thursday March 2nd

Pricing: 1 Athlete – Regular Monthly Signup: $115/youth 

Monday Youth Class
Dates: Begins Monday March 6th 
Ages 8-18, all ability levels
Time: 3:35 – 4:45pm
The Rocks by Regents School

Pricing: 1 Athlete – $125/month

Single Class Drop-in: $40 per athlete

Class Includes:  instruction on running form/mechanics, endurance and speed training, fun team workouts, strength & conditioning, reflections on life & faith, in a positive, encouraging environment!  

What to Wear/Bring:  
Comfortable running clothes, running shoes, bring your own water bottle, exercise mat, and hat/sunscreen.

Rain Plan: We will still run in the rain; if storming, lightning or thunder, will likely cancel.
