About The Group

The Rise Runner Youth Program will cover the basics of mechanics, running form, endurance workouts, speed training, core, strength, spiritual exploration, guest speakers from local elite athletes, injury prevention, goal-setting, and more.

All Ages & Abilities Welcome at the
Rise Runner Youth Program!

Rise Runner Youth Program will conclude at the end of May, and the Summer Youth Program will begin June 1.

After School Youth Programs will resume in the fall. Stay tuned for details!
