About The Program
Rise Runner Premier is an advanced level training program with high quality workouts, strength and mobility, and a customized training schedule for the month.
Teens Welcome for the
Rise Runner Premier Program
Rise Premier Training Program:
– Advanced Level off-season training for Cross-Country/Track or other Athletes
– Quality Workouts Monday & Wednesday: averaging 3-6miles, includes running drills, mobility, and strength in sessions.
– Monthly Training Schedule includes recovery mileage, weekend long runs, and strength/mobility drills.
This program resumes in September and runs during the school year.
